Life is full of transitions, unexpected changes, and the daily work of showing up—for ourselves, our children, and those we love. It’s also deeply influenced by the stories we carry, the patterns we’ve inherited, and the healing we’ve yet to do.

My work is about meeting you in the in-between spaces—where life feels messy and complicated—and guiding you through the layers of your experience with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
