spring is just around the corner…

What better time to create some space, be part of something meaningful, find the lightness and remind yourself what it feels like when things actually matter.

The moment I heard about this retreat I wanted to do it— and sure enough, it was a soulful weekend.

The retreat was the most calm I have felt in years. The activities were thoughtfully chosen and perfectly spaced to give downtime in between. My favourites were the incredible yoga classes (one was in the sun!), mala making and the blissful reiki treatment. I’m hoping to make these retreats a regular part of my self-care!

FREquently asked questions

Where is the retreat located?  Muskoka....

Is this retreat focused on moms? Although many of us have kids, this is about about women getting together with other women. To grow, unfold, renew.

Do I need to share a bed? You get your own queen sized bunk bed. The lodges are private and beautifully set amidst the woods.

Do you offer payment plans? We understand that sometimes money is a factor in making a decision. We would be happy to work with you on payment schedule. Simply let us know.

Not to be overly emotional or anything, but this retreat was truly wonderful! The activities were well thought out and the size of the group was perfect. I enjoyed myself immensely and feel like I returned with a better understanding of myself. It was very cathartic!
